A large enterprise client of ours is hiring for a Senior Network Engineer who can join them for a 6-month contract to hire role in their Midtown, GA office. This position has a HUGE growth pathway for the right person, and a fast track to management. You would go in 3 times per week to the office, and work remotely from home the rest of the week.
This role will be hands-on with Palo Alto and handling everything top to bottom for the company. This includes network architecture, maintenance of hardware, decision making on refreshes with management, and handling all policies. There is no network automation or monitoring needed in this position, as this is handled by other teams.
This position is a great opportunity to work at a major enterprise organization and try before you buy! If things go well in the contract, you will be converted to perm for the client. Contract Duration:

6-month contract to hire
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Palo Alto firewall management
Strong background with network security and troubleshooting in on-prem and cloud environments
Perform network security audits and evaluate system to stay compliant
Penetration testing and vulnerability assessment knowledge
Prior experience leading or managing teams for enterprise level projects
Deep knowledge of Next Gen Firewall administration
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in office 2x a week
Palo Alto certified
Experience working in financial industry preferred
BS in CS or equivalent degree
