About the Job We are embarking on a transformative multi-year journey to support our sustained volume growth. As part of this strategy, we are planning several new CPS greenfield projects and major brownfield expansions. To achieve these goals, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Greenfield Warehouse Engineering. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing new warehousing facilities, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) in warehouse automation, and supporting project startups. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automated systems thru major projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy in warehousing processes, collaborating with external vendors and global SMEs. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including design, testing, and startup phases. Coordinate with suppliers and other workstreams (IT, Civil, Production, etc) for design, RFQ, detailed design, and equipment delivery. Lead concept and basic design phases, partnering with the on-ground engineering manager for each strategic project to support detailed design and construction. Support the engineering and operations teams during project startup. Participate in budget and long-range planning for greenfields or major brownfield expansions, including forecasting, cost analysis, and investment proposals. Stay updated with advancements in warehousing technologies and processes, updating company standards as technologies advance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, leading initiatives to promote safer and more sustainable operations. Adhere to all safety requirements and work regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehousing processes and automation or a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of relevant safety, quality, costs, and regulatory standards. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and management. Ability to partner and collaborate effectively within different functions and CPS plants, as well as externally with suppliers. Strong attention to detail in identifying issues, making assessments, and giving recommendations. Basic knowledge of CAD and the capability to read equipment drawings. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Ability to manage projects and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment across different time zones.

Travel required:
