We are seeking a skilled SolarWinds Administrator to support the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day administration of SolarWinds monitoring solutions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the health, performance, and security of a large-scale IT infrastructure. Working cross-functionally with internal network, server, and security teams, you’ll build dashboards, configure alerts, and respond to incidents that support business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure SolarWinds products such as NPM, SAM, and NTA to monitor system performance and network health
Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts tailored to business and technical requirements
Monitor servers, network devices, and applications to identify and troubleshoot performance issues
Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and patching for SolarWinds environments
Coordinate issue resolution and root cause analysis in collaboration with IT teams
Document configurations and provide reporting to support informed decision-making
Offer technical guidance to internal users to maximize tool effectiveness

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience administering SolarWinds (NPM, SAM, NTA) in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of network and server administration, including TCP/IP, SNMP, and hardware monitoring
Proficient with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud (AWS or Azure)
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance
Excellent communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

SolarWinds Certified Professional (NPM, SAM) or equivalent certification
Experience integrating SolarWinds with third-party tools such as ticketing systems or CMDB
Familiarity with DevOps principles or automation frameworks
