Job Description
Are you ready to elevate your career in networking? Join us as a Sr. Network Engineer, where you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing enterprise-wide network systems. This role offers a unique blend of on-site and remote work, ensuring flexibility and balance. Responsibilities Administer and enhance network monitoring tools to ensure seamless operations across a global network. Collaborate on the migration of network monitoring telemetry, maintaining and expanding capabilities. Configure and monitor network devices in various facilities, including headquarters, data centers, and international locations. Manage tool administration, including installations, upgrades, and security updates with minimal operational impact. Create and maintain technical documentation and network infrastructure diagrams. Engage in multiple technical projects and stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Skills Proven experience in administering network monitoring tools within a large-scale enterprise environment. Strong understanding of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Proficiency in SNMP data collection, NetFlow troubleshooting, and dashboard creation. Experience with Linux systems, including RHEL and Ubuntu. Familiarity with ServiceNow and Event Management solutions. Ability to implement automation to improve technical tasks. Preferred Skills Experience with Broadcom/CA Spectrum and Performance Management tools. Knowledge of Riverbed NetIM and NetProfiler.
