Storage Strategy Creation:
Creating client strategies forstorage solutions.
Enhanced Storage Solutions:
Defining IBM storage options toimprove existing technology.
Proof of Concept Delivery:
Providing proofs of concept andsimplifying technical topics for client understanding.
Complex Cloud Deal Closure:
Building trust to successfullyclose complex cloud tech deals.
Required educationHigh SchoolDiploma/GEDPreferred educationBachelor’s DegreeRequired technicaland professional expertise Experience aligning business goals with tech solutions.
Experiential selling skills:
ability to roll up your sleevesand help clients build proof of technologies or demos thatdefinitively show a client’s compelling reason to act.
Teaming is winning:
Our solutions are focused on a clients’needs, but many times have linkage back to development or productmanagement; a Storage Technical Specialist must have the skills toquarterback and lead deep technical discussions. Extensive experience in Storage.
Preferred technical andprofessional experience Knowledge of RedHat Linux & OpenShift. Knowledge of Storage for AI workloads.

Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working duringthe calendar year.
This position is eligible for participation in anIBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will bebased on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, asaddressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject tochange. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBMReference Salary that is used when you are not activelyparticipating in a sales plan.
