Technology Specialist:
Arkadios Capital is an independent Broker-Dealer, seeking an experienced and driven individual for our Technology Specialist position. This position is responsible for providing both advisor-facing and internal technology support in a clear and professional manner. They will play a key role in assisting and consulting with Advisors including user setup, resets, help desk, training, and initial and ongoing system configuration. Additionally, they will be responsible for proactive callouts on technology as well as the creation and maintenance of reference guides. At least 2 years of industry experience is required.

Primary Technology Support Responsibilities:
1. Advisor Support Respond to calls and tickets from Advisors and firms regarding technology issues Provide technical and consultative support across the entire Arkadios technology stack Team and Firm User Establishment including Portfolio and Relationship mapping Manual account initial review – including interactions with Compliance 2. Preferred prior knowledge of these applications: Black Diamond Albridge (preferred) Zendesk Docupace Wealthscape Okta Establish and maintain users and access Establish and maintain data feeds for ByAll, DST, and ACT Research and resolution for missing accounts and linking issues Alternative investments cost basis updates/changes Problem solve security classifications – updating unknowns, classifications, etc. Data reconciliation and research between systems Ongoing monitoring, learning, and adapting to improve the system Integrations and corresponding support/setup for advisors (i.e. Redtail/CRM) SSO button integrations per user
