Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions using Arista EOS and CloudVision . Architect and manage VMware AVI (NSX Advanced Load Balancer) deployments for application delivery and traffic management. Lead the configuration and lifecycle management of Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls, including policy design, threat prevention, and VPNs. Oversee the integration and operation of Broadcom NSX for microsegmentation and virtual networking. Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for network automation, configuration management, and compliance enforcement. Collaborate with cloud, security, and DevOps teams to align network infrastructure with business and application needs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot complex network issues and lead root cause analysis and resolution efforts. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network performance and security.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, with at least 3 years in a principal or lead role. Expert-level knowledge of Arista switches , VXLAN/EVPN , and CloudVision . Hands-on experience with VMware AVI and Broadcom NSX in production environments. Deep understanding of Palo Alto PAN-OS and Fortinet FortiOS , including centralized management platforms (Panorama, FortiManager). Proficiency in Ansible for network automation and infrastructure-as-code practices. Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), multicast, QoS, and network security principles. Experience with hybrid cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
