JOB SUMMARY
The PC/Network Analyst provides PC and Network support for theNetwork/Technical Services area of the Information ServicesDepartment. The PC/Network Analyst, under the supervision of theAssistant Director of Technical Services, is responsible formanaging the analysis, planning, design, implementation of PC andNetwork hardware and the hospital’s data networks.

Required:
Technical diploma in Networking Systems or 5+ years ofrelevant professional experience.

Desired:
Four-year university degree with major course-work incomputer information systems or related field.
Certifications:
Network + or A+
Desired:
MCP, CCNA, CCNP, CNE
Requirements:
- Exceptional technical knowledge of network and PC operatingsystems.
- Experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs,WLANs, VPNs, etc.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as servers,routers, bridges, switches, hubs, modems, network interface cards,etc.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communicationskills.
