Our Service Operations Specialist opportunity is an operations-focused role supporting our Network Division — it does not require technical IT or networking experience. This position will involve managing carrier services for existing customers, handling billing for service tickets, conducting market research, and generating production reports. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer Carrier Services Management :
Collaborate with existing customers to manage and optimize carrier services, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Billing and Ticket Management:
Process billing for service tickets generated by customers, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
Market Research:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform strategic decisions.
Production Reporting:
Generate and analyze production reports for network technicians to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and support operational efficiency. Other tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the IT or telecommunications industry.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with CRM and billing systems
