Job Description

Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management application development. Experience with integrating custom widgets and business rules
- 3+ years of experience with large-scale content migration
- 3+ years of experience with Db2 and/or Microsoft SQL Server
- 3+ years of experience in data extraction/transformation/migration and load processes
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Broad understanding of FileNet P8 Platform Core Components and Base Products like: IBM Content Manager, IBM FileNet P8 platform, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records, Plugin development
- Proficient with integration services / web services
- solid understanding of the FileNet P8 architecture and experience using the FileNet P8 APIs
- IBM Content Navigator (ICN)/ IBM Case Manager

- Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS and Jira to track stories, tasks, defects, feature requests and code.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical support to the organization, serving as a FileNet Architect
- This role is responsible for managing application development related to IBM FileNet, Workflow Toolsets and Content Navigator
- Prioritize and resolve immediate technical issues, as well as work toward longer term project goals
- Manage technical tasks using industry standard DevOps tools and dashboards; provide updates, status, and completion information to Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Provide analysis for highly complex programs, review and approve architecture for FileNet widget based or custom application development.
- Prepare operating procedures documentation.
- Program logic, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Provides analysis of problems and recommends solutions.
