New Orleans, LA Summary The Senior Desktop Engineer is responsible for the continuous evolution of workstation computing environment. This position is responsible for technical implementation of workstation management, application deployment and updates, and asset management. This position proposes, designs, and implements enhancements and additions to the current environment. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in mobile device management and system management Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), etc.
• Experience with Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and other workstation management platforms
