Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilledand motivated Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, andsupport our growing network infrastructure. You will be responsiblefor supporting mission-critical network environments across datacenters, AWS cloud, and enterprise platforms. A strong foundationin routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking is required.
Hands-on experience with automation (Python, CI/CD) is highlypreferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain routers,switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper).Design and implement site-to-site VPN, remote access VPNs, andSD-WAN solutions. Perform network migrations and upgrades foron-prem and cloud environments. Collaborate with DevOps and cloudteams on AWS networking (VPCs, subnets, route tables, transitgateway, security groups). Administer load balancers (F5, AWSELB/ALB/NLB) for high-availability applications. Manage and monitordata center networks, including cabling, rack planning, and deviceconfiguration. Automate routine network tasks using Pythonscripting and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Ansible). Conductperformance tuning, diagnostics, and capacity planning forenterprise networks. Ensure network compliance with securitypolicies and implement firewall rules as needed. Provide Level 2/3support for network-related incidents and escalations. ?
RequiredSkills & Experience:
5 years of hands-on experience in enterprisenetwork engineering Strong understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS,DHCP, NAT Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) andswitching technologies (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel) Experience withnetwork security tools and concepts: firewalls, ACLs, IDS/IPSProven track record of data center deployments, patch paneling, andhardware installations Hands-on with AWS networking: VPC, VPNGateway, Direct Connect, Route53, NACLs Familiarity with
CI/CDtools:
GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform (optional) Proficient inPython scripting for automating network health checks,configuration backups, log parsing Experience with load balancers(F5 LTM/GTM, AWS ALB/NLB) Strong problem-solving skills withattention to detail and documentation Excellent communication andcollaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Cisco certifications(CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE) AWS certifications (AWS Certified AdvancedNetworking, Solutions Architect) Familiarity with tools likeNetBox, SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios, Zabbix Experience withinfrastructure-as-code (IaC) for networking
