What youll do

• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and administration of client servers; client backups; Hyper-V and VMware; SANs, NASs, and other network storage; Exchange Server and O365 Administration
• Install, troubleshoot, and analyze software problems
• Install, configure, support, and perform preventative maintenance on customers PCs, laptops, and all other network equipment
• Manage network/enterprise domains; establish user accounts, user rights, permissions, and resource sharing
• Work on projects and other duties as assignedWhy youll love this position

What you need for success

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two (2) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work as an individual and/or team member
• Ability to communicate with a client in a way that they understand
• Ability to respond rapidly and provide real time troubleshooting
• Special certifications such as A+, Network+, and Microsoft certifications are preferred, but not required
