TITLE Social Networking Specialist
DESCRIPTION ISLANDVIEW CASINO AND RESORT’S
social media department for a casino manages and executes social media strategies, content creation, and audience engagement to promote the casino, its events, and promotions. This department aims to build a strong online presence, drive traffic, and foster customer loyalty.
WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED SOCIAL NETWORKING SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
!! The Social Networking Specialist coordinates the execution of in-house print collateral and all forms of social media platforms. Collaborates with management for layout and content of marketing materials for overall branding. Monitors and responds to guests comments through travel apps, including but not limited to trip advisor and the player portal. The Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing posts for all official social media outlets; generate, edit, publish, and share consistent content.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required and must have a valid Driver License or State issued ID. Three years’ experience in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field required. Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit.
