We are partnering with a prominent engineering firm seeking to bring on a detail-oriented EMS Analyst with a strong background in Energy Management Systems (EMS) and SCADA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard software platforms and a solid understanding of real-time grid operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain
EMS/SCADA
systems to ensure reliable grid operations. Analyze system performance and implement enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and engineering initiatives. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and integration of new technologies.
Qualifications:
Experience with EMS and SCADA systems. Familiarity with industry software tools and protocols. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with scripting or automation tools to streamline workflows. Familiarity with
NERC CIP
standards and compliance practices. Exposure to real-time data analytics or visualization platforms.
