3. Perform SoP-based troubleshooting Network Operations Center (L1/L1.5 activities)
Monitoring network performance and service availability to detect issues promptly.
Investigating and troubleshooting network incidents to ensure quick resolution.
Analyzing network traffic and event flows to identify patterns and potential inefficiencies.
Collaborating with IT support teams to maintain network health and performance.
Preparing detailed incident reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Thorough responsiveness and escalation process for non-resolvable and P1 alerts
