Job Title:

Network ArchitectLocation – Charlotte, NCJob SummaryANetwork Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, andmanaging data and security networks. This includes local areanetworks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), SDN/SDWAN, and CloudNetworks.

Key Responsibilities Design and Build Networks:

Plan, develop, and implement networkarchitectures, including LANs, WANs, WLANs, Network Security, andSDN/SDWAN and Cloud Network. HLD/LLD Documents.

Evaluate Business Requirements:

Tailor network solutions tomeet the specific needs of the organization.

Implementation:

Implement, refresh, and migrate networks.

Maintenance & Upgrades:

Perform regular maintenance andupgrades to hardware and software to ensure optimalperformance.

Network Security:

Ensure network security through proper designand configuration, implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other securitymeasures.

Monitor Network Performance:

Analyze network traffic andprovide capacity planning solutions.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve complex network issues tomaintain network efficiency and performance. Coordinate with

Vendors:

Assist in BOM and procure networkingequipment and software.

Maintain Documentation:

Keep detailed records of networks andnetwork equipment, documenting network configurations, designs, andchanges.

Recommend Upgrades:

Suggest improvements to ensure networkcapacity meets increasing demands.

Provide Technical Support:

Offer guidance to networkadministrators and IT staff.

Research & Development:

Stay updated on the latest networktechnologies and advancements to optimize network performance.

Collaboration:

Work with IT and management teams to establishnetwork requirements and ensure the network meets businessgoals.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informationtechnology, or a related field.

Experience:

12+ years of experience in networkarchitecture.

Certifications:

CCNP, CCIE.

Skills:

Proficiency in network architectures, understanding ofnetwork protocols and security requirements, and the ability todesign and implement reliable network infrastructure.
