Description:

• Maintain physical hardware in a lab environment.
• Install and configure software on physical and virtual devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate repairs with on-site technicians.
• Review software installations and address failures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare devices for testing and ensure operational status.
• Configure devices for various test scenarios.
• Install software using removable media and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware faults and jams.
• Collaborate with technicians for complex repairs.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an ATM hardware technician.
• Proficiency in software distribution tools.
• Strong networking skills.
• Experience with virtual machine environments.
