VMware Support Engineer
Location Chandler Arizona, Richmond Virginia & Charlotte North Carolina
Job Description:
This position focuses on managing VMware-based cloud infrastructure with a key emphasis on VM migration, troubleshooting, and coordination across HP and Dell server hardware.
The work involves scheduling and executing large-scale technical projects, requiring occasional weekend and evening availability.
Required Skills:
VMware Expertise:
Hands-on troubleshooting and support experience with VMware vSphere 7.x and 8.x.
Infrastructure Knowledge:
Strong understanding of networking, hardware interfaces, and virtualization fundamentals.
ITIL Framework:
Ability to follow best practices for incident, change, and problem management.
Project Execution:
Proven ability to plan and implement technical strategies in high-pressure environments.
