Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, anddelivery of automation and control system projects from conceptthrough commissioning. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensuresuccessful completion. Coordinate with customers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractorsto ensure technical and contractual requirements are met. Oversee design and integration of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, andindustrial networks. Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensurecompliance with safety and industry standards. Prepare and present progress reports and documentation forstakeholders. Travel to customer sites for project kickoffs, reviews, and systemcommissioning as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation,Mechatronics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, with at least 2years in a project management role. Strong technical knowledge of PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens),HMI/SCADA systems, motion control, and industrial communicationprotocols. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize taskseffectively. PMP Certification or similar is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel locally (approximately 20-40%, depending onproject requirements).
