We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Lead BASControls Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate willplay a pivotal role in our company, providing expert knowledge andtechnical skills to our control systems. As a Lead BAS ControlsEngineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, andmaintaining building automation systems (BAS) that increaseoperational efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and improvebuilding performance. 1. Lead thedesign and implementation of building automation systems (BAS)based on project specifications and requirements. 2. Provide expertguidance to the engineering team on the installation, programming,and commissioning of BAS controls. 3. Generate controls submittalsand supervise programming of systems. 4. Conduct system diagnosticsand troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance andreliability. 5. Collaborate with project managers, architects, andother stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projectswithin budget and timeline constraints. 6. Provide technicaltraining and support to team members and clients on the use andmaintenance of control systems. 7. Keep abreast of latest trendsand advancements in the field of building automation and controlsystems. 8. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance withindustry standards and regulations. 9. Develop and maintaintechnical documentation, including system designs, configurationdetails, and operational manuals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering, or a related field. 2. Professional Engineer(PE) License is preferred. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience indesigning and implementing building automation systems (BAS). 4.Proven expertise with Tridium Niagara platform. 5. Strong knowledgeof HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. 6. Exceptionaltroubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. 7. Excellentcommunication and team leadership skills. 8. Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 9.Proficient in using computer software and applications related toBAS controls, including AutoCAD, MS Project, and others. 10.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related tobuilding automation systems. 11. Willingness to stay updated withthe latest trends and advancements in the field of buildingautomation and control systems.
