Network Engineer
Job Description:
Candidate with 6-8 years of experience and worked in a network environment which includes Cisco Routers & switches.
MDF, IDF and should have exp with UPS installation and cable management.
CCNA/CCNP
; CCIP will be added to Advantage.
Knowledge on
MPLS , BGP, EIGRP, OSPF.
Ready to work on different technologies.
Excellent Customer handling skills.
Problem Management on- Routing, Switching, Firewalls , VPN , Nortel Contivity etc.
Escalation Handling.
Customer Handling and Status update.
Interaction and coordination with Client’s Technical teams.
Root cause Analysis.
Process definition and design.
Manage an offshore team.
Report generation.
