BOE JD Background and Introduction The Network Connectivity Platform (NCP) Team provides network technologies and infrastructure ensuring always on, always available systems to our employees, customers, and 32K sites. The DDI Specialist is responsible for the management, configuration, and optimization of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) services within the organization. This role involves maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring high availability of services, and implementing best practices for DNS resolution, IP address assignment, and address space management.
Preferred:
Experience with DDI platforms, Preferably BlueCat Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, and IP address management principles and protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in troubleshooting network issues. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, encryption protocols, and security best practices. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience. Certification in networking technologies (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+). Experience with APIs, scripting, and Splunk data flows. Preferred Perl, python and JavaScript Linux administration to include scripting and file system management
