Clinically Integrated Network Business Analyst Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

The Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Population Health CIN Operations team. This role is responsible for data organization, including collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of quality, financial, and patient data with attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, this position will collaborate with leadership to monitor performance quality analytics and recommend and implement opportunities for best practices, revenue generation, and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management or other relevant area of study Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in clinically integrated networks or directly partnering and supporting payer side or operating partners. Proficiency in healthcare claims data, code sets, quality, and utilization metrics. Reporting and analytics experience, particularly the interpretation of results, investigation, and identification of root causes and mechanisms to mitigate errors. Strong experience with reporting packages such as Tableau, etc. Knowledge of statistics and experience using Excel, Pivot Tables, Databases, etc. Strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
