MUST HAVE SKILLS
(Most Important): Candidate must have strong knowledge of voice switching network and technologies (Nortel DMS, Lucent 5ESS, Siemens, Ribbon G6/C20) Experience working with cross-functional teams Ability to work closely with internal teams for the training on build, test and turn up of T1s and DS0s Knowledge of systems (Access Guardian, WFA, TIRKs, BDMS) Ability to adapt to changing environment and handle multiple priorities Proficiency with Google Suite Proficiency with Microsoft systems Excellent oral and written communication skills

JOB DUTIES
The Network Trunk Provisioning team is responsible for the DS0 trunking network. Our client is in the process of modernizing our networks to enable new, groundbreaking products and technologies. The candidate will provide training to NTP team members on both existing TDM switch infrastructure and new switch technologies being deployed (Ribbon
C20/G6/G6
), as well as other related systems and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitate and track the training requirements/progress of new NTP team members. Provide training on switch equipment, systems and processes.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Relevant Bachelors Degree or five years relevant experience in switching, transport and NTP processes and procedures.
