Network Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with expertise in SD-WAN, Cisco technologies, and firewall security. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills for interfacing with vendors and users and a hands-on background with F5, Fortinet, and FortiSIEM.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain SD-WAN and Cisco network infrastructure
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls (Fortinet, F5)
Coordinate with vendors and users to resolve technical issues
Monitor network performance and maintain high availability
Support Fortinet s FortiSIEM and other security tools
Document configurations and processes
Ensure network security compliance and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with SD-WAN and Cisco networking equipment
Proficiency with F5 load balancers, Fortinet firewalls, and FortiSIEM
Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and routing/switching
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
