We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Citrix Modern Workspace Endpoint Specialist
. This role is instrumental in enabling and optimizing secure and seamless hybrid work experience for users, using Citrix solutions. The specialist will manage and support the existing Windows 10 environment while driving the strategic migration to Windows 11, ensuring a smooth and productive transition for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Citrix Environment Management:

Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize the Citrix infrastructure, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS), and related components like Citrix StoreFront, ADC (formerly NetScaler) and Workspace Environment Management.

Hybrid Workspace Expertise:

Configure and support Citrix solutions to deliver consistent and productive user experience for employees working from various locations for both on-prem and cloud environments
Windows 10 & 11

Support & Migration:

Maintain and support the enterprise Windows 10 environment, including image management and virtualized applications. Drive the migration to Windows 11, using technologies like Microsoft Autopilot and Intune.

Problem Resolution & Support:

Provide expert-level support for Citrix-related issues, resolving complex technical challenges for both on-premise and remote users.

Optimization & Improvement:

Identify and implement solutions to optimize the performance and reliability of the Citrix environment and the overall hybrid workspace.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work closely with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Citrix environment. Create and maintain clear operational processes and technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience managing and supporting Citrix infrastructure VMWare, O365 In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and experience with Windows 11, including migration strategies and deployment methods.
Familiarity with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune for device management and migration.
Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), published applications, and hosted shared desktops.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices related to Citrix deployments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Experience in administering and maintaining Windows Server operating systems.
Education/Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Prior IT operational support experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, and Windows 11
Citrix expertise
Exchange modernization from on-prem to hybrid
Microsoft/VMware/Citrix certification
ITIL certification or knowledge
Previous experience in Financial Services industry
Microsoft Autopilot and Intune.
