3 Perform routine backups and archival of files stored on the network and PC?s to assist with disaster recovery.
Analyse user support statistics and other data and recommend appropriate measures to management.
Assists in maintaining the operating system and security software utilised on the network, including the addition of new users to the network and establishment of rights and privileges. Skills Required Knowledge of Computer Network, Desktops, Operation Systems, Protocols, Hardware and PABX systems.
Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS Access and E-mail.
Good knowledge of IP addressing and TCP/IP networking.
Strong knowledge of network management practices and procedures.
Knowledge of vehicle retail environment will be beneficial.
