$300K++) Position Overview
The Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist

  • Networking is responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and insights related to networking solutions.

This role involves engaging with customers to understand their networking needs and demonstrating how our products can address those needs effectively. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers to understand their networking requirements and challenges.
Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of networking solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
Assist in designing networking solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with our product offerings.
Respond to RFPs and RFQs with detailed technical solutions and pricing information.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of networking solutions post-sale.
Stay updated on current networking technologies, trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar role focused on networking solutions.
5+ years experience with Cisco solutions
Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies
Proven track record in sales support and business development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
