RPA Developer Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer to join our team as part of ongoing BAU (Business As Usual) efforts. The role involves building and maintaining a large portfolio of bots—100+ bots across 20+ diverse use cases. This position supports multiple lines of business (LOBs) within our platform, including CART, Retail, and People Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere (or equivalent tools like UI Path or Blue Prism). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities. Support and maintain existing bots across various LOBs. Write and maintain basic scripts in Java or Python to support automation logic. Leverage DevOps tools and processes to manage bot deployments, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of RPA solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (preferred), UI Path, or Blue Prism. Basic scripting skills in Java or Python. Exposure to or experience with DevOps tools and practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work across different business domains and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working in Retail, People Tech, or similar domains. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and RPA best practices. Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Location:

New York, NY or Richmond, VA – Hybrid Onsite role

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $120,000 – $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
