Top Skills’ Details 1) The should have 3-5 years + as UC engineers in the Cisco CUCM and call center space. 2+ years of writing code in common programming languages such as VXML, Java, .Net, J2EE. JSP 2) 2- 3 yrs Experience integrating Genesys-Pure-Cloud with different CRM Applications. 3) 3-5+ years exp. with ACD, Building complex Call flows etc. as well as Network route switch.
