MUST HAVES
7+ years of experience working in the networking industry
5+ years working as a voice engineer
Testing experience CUCM experience
Specifically “Call Manager”
Route Switch SIP and Traditional
ISDN/PRI
Trunking and broad experience with carrier network
Migrating MS teams to CUCM (or the other way) PLUSSES
Contact center experience
Financial industry experience
