Field Support Specialist Talendica 33 Downtown Drive, Monsey, NY 10952 Vendor Qualifications Preferably 5 years proven experience as Field Operations in Information Technology Experience in managing MDF and IDF technology rooms Experience working with various tools (e.g., MS Office including Project, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, PPM, SharePoint) Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure – Windows Servers, VMWare, Cisco Network Gears, Wi-Fi, VoIP, on prem Datacenter Center, Desktop, laptops, Smartphones, EPL Data circuits, UPS, PDU, Security surveillance systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform in a high-paced/high-pressure environment Ability to work independently or within a group to solve complex problems. Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus Vendor management skills Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50lbs Must be able to travel as needed between 37 ACS sites in NYC 5 Boroughs including 24x7x365 sites Children’s Center and 2 Secure Detention Center facilities
