Summary:

The Automation Applications Engineer develops and implements solutions to drive automation of business applications across Teachers Federal Credit Union. Evaluates manual business workflows to determine automation requirements and ensures final solutions meet organizational needs. Utilizes multiple automation toolsets to achieve the optimal outcome for the business use case. Education and/or

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or minimum eight years technology experience required Minimum two years of hands-on experience as an automation developer required Prior experience building solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Apps Suite required Prior experience using RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) preferred Hands on experience with related programming and scripting languages (Python, SQL, Java, PLSQL, C, etc.) preferred

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrated team-oriented, goal and results-driven work ethic. Works collaboratively with the business community and other IT team members within a dynamic financial banking systems environment. Able to create technical documentation including design prototype, technical specification, system and integration diagram, test plans, migration checklist plan, cutover plans, incident reports etc. Engage professionally and collaborate with business users, IT peers, and team members.

Job Responsibilities:

Develops specifications to design, configure, and implement automated workflow solutions and streamline business processes. Uses RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Apps) to deliver reusable automation components compatible with existing systems and applications. Works as a team member on an Agile development team, hands on experience with IT full lifecycle methodologies such as GitHub, Confluence, JIRA Configures data models, create entities, and relationships within the Power Platform Analyzes and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as required or mandated by the vendor. Interacts with cross functional IT teams to articulate and design solutions where automation solutions require integration with financial applications within the software stack. Ensures design and development meet business requirements and functional specification. Proactively analyze application performance, look for improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to management Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor Benefits of Joining the

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
