The Role We’re seeking a candidate with extensive experience in network engineering who can bring innovative solutions to our clients’ technical challenges. The ideal applicant will have a strong foundation in both traditional and modern networking technologies, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism. As a Senior Network Engineer, you’ll take ownership of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting across various client environments. You’ll work alongside a team of engineers to solve challenging problems, mentor junior staff, and ensure our clients’ infrastructures are secure, scalable, and always running smoothly. What You’ll Do Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN, wireless, firewall, and VPN solutions for clients. Plan, document, and execute various types of migration projects. Act as the escalation point for complex networking issues. Monitor clients’ network performance, availability, and security using monitoring tools and techniques, and proactively identify and address issues or potential bottlenecks. Interface with clients regularly to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, including travel to clients’ sites as needed to deliver on-site support and project implementation. Assist with documentation, network diagrams, and runbooks. Stay current on emerging technologies and propose improvements to internal practices. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in a network engineering role (MSP experience strongly preferred). Extensive understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies. Strong experience with Exchange Online, Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 migration & administration, and Intune. Ability to perform Exchange Migrations (On-premise and online) Familiar with monitoring, documentation, and RMM tools. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication skills
