Position Summary:

Fidelio Dental Insurance is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Provider Relations Outreach Specialist to help grow and support our dental provider network. This role involves a mix of outbound outreach to prospective providers and relationship management with current participating providers. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, handling credentialing paperwork, updating records, and helping providers through onboarding—all while playing a critical role in expanding access for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Provider Outreach & Recruitment:

Contact prospective dental offices by phone and email to introduce Fidelio’s network and encourage participation.

Provider Retention:

Engage with existing providers to verify contact details, encourage continued participation, and assist with ongoing needs.

Lead Generation:

Use provided lead lists and also research new potential providers in target regions to grow the network.

Credentialing & Onboarding:

Assist new providers with the credentialing process and ensure timely completion of all required forms.

Data & Record Management:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date provider profiles and records in internal systems.

Contract Support:

Help issue, track, and collect provider contracts and ensure they are correctly filed.

Issue Resolution:

Respond to provider questions and help resolve any onboarding or data issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, IT, and Claims to ensure provider data is reflected accurately across all systems.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience:

2+ years in provider relations, healthcare sales, dental office management, or credentialing (preferred).

Strong Communication:

Confident phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

High attention to detail and ability to track multiple outreach and onboarding efforts at once.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM or provider management platforms.

Self-Starter:

Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet outreach goals.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
