Job Description
Job Title:
Network Records Specialist
Location:
Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid Work Schedule)
Job Responsibilities:
Interpret design plans & construction drawings to update system records accurately
Collaborate with end users to determine the best solutions for database modifications
Manage help desk tickets, ensuring appropriate changes are made considering downstream impacts
Liaise with external Dig-Safe agencies to verify data and update state systems
Maintain high attention to detail and analytical abilities to support design and restoration activities
Work efficiently to support the numerous users and tools dependent on the system data
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, AutoCAD, Visio, and GIS Mapping applications
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
Proven organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
Knowledge of OSP/ISP Fiber Environments and relational databases is a plus
Education/Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in the telecommunications field with
