JobDetails Responsibilities:

Design, program, and implement PLC-basedcontrol systems to improve automation and efficiency. Develop andmaintain HMI interfaces for process monitoring and control.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automationsolutions into production systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, andresolve control system issues to minimize downtime. Conduct regularmaintenance and upgrades on existing automation systems. Ensurecompliance with industry safety standards and best practices.

Assist in commissioning new equipment and optimizing existingprocesses. Provide technical support and training for maintenanceand operations teams.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience inindustrial automation, controls engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)and HMI development. Familiarity with industrial communicationprotocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.). Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment. Abilityto read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.

Understanding of electrical systems, including wiring(120/240/480V). Knowledge of safety regulations and best practicesfor industrial automation.

Preferred:
