Provide technical analysis, development and RCA ability Rolloutoperational changes and functional enhancements as per scheduleManage and develop team capability for resolving complex incidents.prepare status reports for Customers and internal stakeholders WITHthe objective of resolving incidents and addressing adhoc requeststo support high complex issues

WITHIN THE LIMITS OF

predefinedcorporate guidelines. Stakeholder Management Communication withBusiness users related to resolving queries obtain clarificationsand providing updates. Setup Business bridge calls to update statusof Critical incidents. Outages Follow up with internal and externalstakeholders. Customer and Vendor liaison to progress tickets toresolution Responsible for the project tasks assigned. Initiateescalation procedure for incidents based on the agreed upontimelines and tracks it to closure. Manage queue effectively andallocate tasks to the team based on an allocation plan. Ensureassigned tasks are completed within targets set the tasks includeincidents service requests identified problems Operational changesenhancements etc Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality ofdeliverables. Service Execution Comply to defined process duringtask execution including problem management KEDB management etcContribute and participate proactively in knowledge sharingsessions Provide complete KT to support teams before any productionrelease. Manage and mentor the mentees team Provide inputs fordevelopment of learning plan for the team Act as a buddy for newhires Share’s recommendation towards Performance management andrecognition of team members. Contribute new ideas and innovativeapproaches at work including CSI themes. Collate data and provideinputs for reporting requirements. Participate in customer meetingsand provide project updates. Account Operations Perform taskestimation guide the service analyst on estimation. Knowledge,Skills, Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skillsto be used across multiple mediums (i.e. conference calls, E-Mail,Teams, Slack, meeting minutes, etc.) when working with bothtechnical and non-technical audiences located in multiplegeographic locations. Demonstrated ability to work independentlyand grasp concepts quickly. Demonstrated sharp, analytical, problemsolving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to address multiple priorities (i.e. ad hocrequests and escalated support issues) in a fast-paced,collaborative environment Techincal Experience with InformaticaPower Center, Unix, Powershell, SSI, SQL Server Experience inworking with multiple database (i.e.

MS SQL, IBM

DB2/UDB, Sybase,Microsoft Access 03-16, etc) Familiarity with WebMethods, GitHub &AWS is a plus Knowledge of monitoring, scheduling, ticketing andintegration tools (i.e. TWS Maestro, Informatica, ServiceNow, andxMatters) Experience with multiple Software Development Lifecycles(SDLC), ie. Agile, Waterfall, etc. Experience in Insurance and/orfinancial services industry is a plus. 5-10 years of experience
