The role of the Melt Shop Automation Engineer includes, but is not limited to safely installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and automation equipment in the Melt Shop and associated process lines. Able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including call-ins. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Five years electrical maintenance and automation experience
Preferred Qualifications:
