Network Automation Engineer
Hansen Talent Group is seeking an eager automation engineer to join an innovative networking team based in Columbia, SC! This position is a full time, contract position working hybrid in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate has experience developing Ansible and Python scripts to support IaC solutions.
The Network Automation Developer will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining operations, creating and developing complex scripts to support IT Infrastructure and operations.
Duties:
Design, develop, and create Python and Ansible programs and scripts.
Collaborate with software developers, network, and server teams to identify opportunities to optimize tool and infrastructure.
Automating the configuration and provisioning of network devices.
Implement automation solutions and define development processes to streamline deployments.
Monitor the performance of automated systems and make adjustments as needed.
Support network security and compliance efforts and testing.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience developing Ansible scripts and Python programs
Understanding of network and server hardware and operations
