CLI. THE JOB

– The Network Support Specialist at Expansive will play a key role as our first line of IT-related support, managing camera systems, and assisting with building-related technical issues. This includes, among other things to: Configure VLANs on Network Equipment Assist end users with issues related to wireless Remote PC Support specifically troubleshooting printer connectivity and connecting wireless devices to our network Configure and provide support for camera systems including Axis and Blue Iris Assist with configuring network switches on multi-VLAN network Manage migration of ISPs – coordinate the initial installation of the new ISP and disconnection of old ISP Assist with documentation and planning Assist in the port map process across all locations – configure switch ports as needed Ability to work in a busy and highly diverse environment Ability to travel 10% out of state Ability to read and follow directions with heavy emphasis on details Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with project personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders The Pay and Perks Competitive base salary, with expectation for you to grow in responsibility and compensation quickly Performance-based bonuses Generous vacation policy Great team to work with and learn from
