Weare seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Controls Engineer to joinour engineering team. This is a permanent, full-time position whereyou will be responsible for designing and implementing controlsystems for various industrial applications. You will collaboratewith a team of talented engineers to develop, test, and maintaincontrol systems that drive our innovative machinery and equipment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate aboutautomation, system integration, and machine integration, and whoare eager to apply their skills in a challenging and rewardingenvironment.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement controlsystems for industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimalperformance and reliability. 2. Develop detailed control paneldesigns and perform programming for Rockwell automation, PLCSiemens, and Allen Bradley PLC. 3. Work closely with the designengineering team to integrate controls into overall system designs.4. Conduct FEA and implement design for manufacturabilityprinciples to enhance product performance and productionefficiency. 5. Utilize Cognex vision systems for quality controland automation purposes. 6. Oversee system and machine integration,ensuring seamless operation across all equipment and processes. 7.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hydraulic and pneumaticsystems, electrical controls, and other related systems. 8. Developand maintain technical documentation, including system designspecifications, test plans, and operation manuals. 9. Keep abreastof advancements in the field of mechatronics and controlsengineering, and recommend improvements to existing systems andprocesses.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Controls Engineering. 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strongfocus on controls integration and automation. 3. Proficiency in 3Dprinting and design engineering, with a solid understanding of FEAand design for manufacturability principles. 4. Experience withcontrol panel design and programming for Rockwell automation, PLCSiemens, and Allen Bradley PLC. 5. Familiarity with Cognex visionsystems and packaging automation. 6. Experience with systemintegration and machine integration in an industrial setting. 7.Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electricalcontrols, and mechatronics. 8. Proficiency in RSLogix and HMIprogramming. 9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a provenability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. 10. Strongcommunication skills, with the ability to explain complex technicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders. Interested in hearing more?
