JOB SUMMARY:
BrightRidge Broadband is seeking a motivated Network Engineer I to join our growing team. In role, you’ll support the design, configuration, and maintenance of our fiber-optic, data, and telephony networks that powers our industry leading Broadband services. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to maintaining reliable, high-speed broadband service across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Voice and Data network operations Install, configure, and maintain PON, Layer-2 switching, and Layer-3 routing Troubleshoot Tier I/II network issues and customer escalations Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams Document network configurations and maintain system records Assist with equipment upgrades and field coordination
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s a plus) 1+ year experience in voice/data communications or network support Strong knowledge of OSI networking layers, Ethernet, LAN/WAN, and VoIP Familiarity with Calix PON, Juniper switches/routers preferred Please submit application and resume by June 27, 2025.
