The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes. This role requires proficiency in various technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support for projects. Utilize tools such as Jira and ServiceNow to track project progress and manage tasks effectively. Maintain documentation of processes, findings, and recommendations for future reference. Ensure the integrity of data by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures. Provide technical support related to operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and networking protocols (TCP/IP). Assist in the configuration and management of VPNs, GPOs, SCCM, and other relevant technologies. Skills Proficiency in operating systems including Windows and Mac OS. Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP and TCP. Experience with project management tools like Jira for tracking progress and managing tasks. Familiarity with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow. Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for managing user permissions and settings. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to VPN connections and software installations. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within teams.
