Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows System Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our core Windows infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022). Administer Active Directory, including user/group management and Group Policies. Oversee data backup, recovery procedures, and system monitoring. Manage virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware). Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server. Utilize
SCCM/MECM
for endpoint management and software deployment. Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows server administration. Deep understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy. Hands-on experience with Hyper-V and VMware. Experience with SCCM/MECM, Exchange, and Microsoft 365. Solid skills in data backup, recovery, and system monitoring. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
