Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dependable IT Administrator to oversee and support the IT infrastructure within our manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for delivering hands-on technical support to end users, maintaining system reliability and security, and collaborating with our Headquarters IT team on enterprise-level technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage factory IT infrastructure projects, including network installations, CCTV and access control systems, alarm systems, and hardware rollouts. Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects—from solution design and vendor selection to implementation, acceptance testing, and ongoing maintenance. Partner with the Headquarters IT team to support and maintain enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM, WMS, and MES, including deployment, training, and technical support. Provide day-to-day technical assistance to factory staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively. Administer Microsoft Office 365 and manage the organization’s email systems. Ensure strong network performance and uphold information security best practices across all IT operations. Track and manage IT assets, including procurement, inventory, and lifecycle documentation. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and dependability. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Hands-on experience with networking equipment, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Preferred:
Familiarity with enterprise-level IT systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, WMS, MES). Understanding of data protection practices and endpoint security protocols.
