POSITION SUMMARY

The System Director of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of Health First’s ERP systems ensuring Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) remains the safest and most effective environment for patients to receive care. The System Director of ERP must work closely with Finance, Human Resources (HR), Supply Chain and Clinical Operations focusing on aligning operational needs with technological capabilities to drive adoption and enhance service through data driven insights.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITES

Develops and executes the strategic roadmap for ERP and associated systems, aligning to Health First’s goals and objectives. Oversees the implementation, integration, and maintenance of ERP systems and related applications, ensuring they meet the needs of service lines across the IDN. Manages relationships with external software vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts strategically and ensuring service level agreements are met. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the ERP system and associated applications to continuously improve workflows and mitigate risks. Ensures that all systems comply with Healthcare regulations and standards, including data security and patient privacy requirements. Collaborates with key stakeholders across the IDN to understand the needs and ensure the ERP system supports the IDNs various operational requirements. Monitors the performance of ERP systems and applications, implementing enhancements, overseeing and ensuring issues requiring troubleshooting are resolved in a timely manner to mitigate operational delays.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or relevant field.

Work Experience:

Eight (8) years’ experience in the ERP space with three (3) of those years being in a Healthcare setting. Five (5) years’ experience in leadership leading ERP or enterprise applications.

Licensure:
None Certification:

Anyone of the following within one (1) year of start date: Project Management Professional (PMP) OR Similar expert certification.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Demonstrated skills, knowledge and understanding of design, development, and implementation and support of Workday enterprise resource planning, or business applications in a Healthcare environment. Strong understanding of Healthcare operational workflows and regulatory requirements. Proven ability in leading ERP implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Infor). Skills in driving organizational change initiatives with keen focus on performance improvement. Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within operational leaders, IT engineering managers, applications directors, and IT engineering staff.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

Master’s degree in relevant field.

Work Experience:

Previous experience in implementing an ERP platform within a Healthcare setting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping. Long periods of computer time or at workstation. Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance. May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise. Communicating with others to exchange information. Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks. Workspace may vary from open to confined.
