Job Description Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki, Cisco Firepower.
- Configure and support advanced routing protocols, including BGP, to ensure optimal network.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices using tools such as SentinelOne.
- Manage and configure Microsoft Endpoint Manager (formerly Intune) and Desktop Central
- Provide exceptional support through the Freshservice ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to document network designs, processes, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and security trends to recommend and implement. Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of BGP and advanced routing protocols.
- Proven experience with Cisco networking (Meraki, Firepower) and Azure network infrastructures.
- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity concepts and tools (e.g., SentinelOne,
ThreatLocker,Cisco Umbrella). - Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), DesktopCentral, and AzureAD.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Freshservice or similar IT ticketing systems.
