Job Summary BIZON, an industry-leading supplier of high-performance computers, is looking for a talented Technical Support / System Administrator / Computer Technician to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work daily with cutting-edge hardware, top-level clients, and the most advanced computers in the world. In this role, you will be handling technical support and helping clients choose the best computer configuration tailored to their requirements. You’ll engage directly with the latest PC hardware, delivering detailed technical recommendations, technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software-related issues. Provide expert technical consultation (email/phone) to help clients select and configure high-end computers and servers tailored to their technical requirements. Regularly interact with clients via email to discuss, modify, and finalize quotes, ensuring all technical and specification requirements are met. Read and understand technical specifications of computer parts to verify compatibility and optimal performance. Assembling high-end computers and servers from parts according to guidelines. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (mostly Linux/Ubuntu-based). Use of the Support Center ticket database to track, update and close tickets. Deliver exceptional customer support by phone, email, and remote desktop, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years related experience. Passion for PC hardware and computers. Customer-focused with a friendly and energetic personality. Proficiency in Linux/Ubuntu operating system. Strong understanding and expertise in computer hardware and system components. Ability to effectively communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients. Ability to read and understand technical specifications of PC components (motherboards, GPUs, CPUs) and compatibility requirements. Meticulous attention to detail and technical specifications. Demonstrable diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking with exceptional attention to detail. Must be very comfortable interacting via email/phone/zoom conference. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities. Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Overtime opportunities are available.

Working Hours:

Full-time:

40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM).
